Newt Gingrich’s fabulous advice to my (our) child (children)

It was almost 9 pm and the typically structured {it’s a school night and we have to wake up early} me decided to do a u-turn into the Barnes & Noble parking lot to see if we could catch Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.  I remembered seeing a poster in the window promoting his book signing for his (this was in May 2008) book, Days of Infamy.

As Newt was wrapping up, he saw my seven-year old and waved him over.  It was a moment we will never forget!  {And one I thankfully did not let pass by.  I take more detours these days.}  He wrote this on the inside cover.
